Sometimes, we only need to focus our gaze on something that is life-giving as opposed to narrowing our vision on that which robs us of life

It’s difficult to stop a spinning spiral that’s slowest speed is at its onset. But what are we to do? Suffer with no gain or resolution? Or shift our footing to a space in which we can easily let go of those things that really don’t matter at the end of the day, much less at the end of a lifetime

We don’t help the world by holding onto the pieces of life that we’re meant to let go of. The inconveniences and gripes that stub our toe but don’t maim our soul

We don’t help the world by refusing joy. We save the world through living in a state of love that lets us leave what must be left or that moves us to action

The way we see the world is how we shift the world
