Free from Fear

We must follow our fear, chasing it down the road until it dead ends & it has no choice but to show us its face

Only then will we know what we’re truly up against

I speak not of fearing the physical threats the world poses, but of the mental or, better said, emotional fears we hold deep within

This fear has a way of sweeping us off our feet & carrying us so far away from it, we can't see what we're really afraid of

We spin in an anxious spiral at the surface, unwilling to drop into the depths to see & thus fully understand that which we’re afraid of

There is no danger in approaching these such fears

Only freedom

Only then will we understand our hearts more deeply. Only then, we'll better know how to truly prepare & protect ourselves from the emotional vulnerability we’re all subject to

Only then will we truly be free ✨️
